Terms & Conditions:

  • This payment covers 13 cleans of the refuse (grey) bin per year.
  • This payment covers 13 cleans of the recycling (green) bin per year.
  • Total of 13 cleans per bin per year.
  • The service will commence after your payment has been received.

Please Note:

  • This is for a single one off payment at the start of the term and is not a recurring payment.
  • If your circumstances change such as moving house, this service can be transferable to the new address within the Redditch area, or a refund will be given on any outstanding cleans. 
  • We will require four weeks written notice either by email/text for your change of circumstances.
